We have contacted and booked our trip to dirang tawang and bomdila from travel magica.

Trip date: 13/05 to 18/05.

We reached Guwati on 12th afternoon and stayed in a hotel, preparing our self for the good Departure to dirang next day.

Prathiba from travel magica booked the car for us from Guwati hotel in the morning 8 am

The driving arrived around 8 30. It was close to 9 plus hours journey to dirang. As per itenary we are supposed to reach dirang by lunch which seems unrealistic given the terrains to cover. The clear indication of travel time(at least a realistic value) is truly missed in the itenary.

We could not cover orchid near bhalukpong since it was already 5pm and it is closed by 4 pm.

We immediately called prathiba and told to make sure that we have cover all places without wasting just by staying in hotels as every places are far here and its our one time travel.

Im tawang we did bum la pass on monday(15/05) and understood later that Tuesday (16/05) local market is closed (one of the itenary list). We immediately informed prathiba on the same and she told us back there is no such closure of market. End of the day, the market was indeed closed on Tuesday (16/05).

Other sight seeing took us hardly 3 hours of the day and we were back to out hotel room by 1 30 pm.

Its literally waste of half a day where if it could have planned better and added couple of more places or accommodated the days activities to the previous day, we could have covered tawang in 2 days.

The additional day incurred us hotel charges, lunch and dinner charges which is a loss for us.

Also, we had mentioned before booking that the room photos shared to us over WhatsApp should match to one that will be booked for us and our room to stay. Even there was a mismatch in the same and it took us a lot of time and effort to make it to understand to the company. Though we have received a compensation of Rs. 1500/- towards the same. The inconvuence that we had to go through spoiled our day.

We personally no where wanted to degrade the travel agency however when we do not get of 100% what we expect, we are forced to argue and get things done. Its really a pain for both the parties.

Prathiba and Moni from travel magica totally spoiled our trip with their worst iternary. We also mailed the same to the head and asked for the compensation and didnt get reply from them. Its a one time visit for these kind of places and they didnt help us much.

This is the first time i booked with an online travel agent. Every time i preferred going by on my own i used to think that online agents are not trust worthy due to a event took place in my past which made me never think of booking with an online travel agent but now, my mind is slightly changed. I booked a trip with travel magica and gone to Kashmir, nothing like a support but I am really happy with their continues followups and timely delivery of everything as they promised. Nice work, keep it up Pooja.

guys recently travelled to guwahati assam and kaziranga for 6 days trip it was very nice trip and travel magica team behaved with us very well, they arranged nice hotels and took care of our entire group….thank you travel magica..

we wer 11 and started from shimla…to manali..kasol..and ended up on amritsar.. every thing ws good except Dalhousie was missed due to little fault in plan.. thanks to Deepali pooja premji n amardevji n preet bhaiya to give us an opportunity to see the beauty of Himachal.. nice hotels and well managed tour.
